The Directorate of International Cooperation, attached to the Department of External Relations and Cooperation of the Government of Monaco, issues an annual call for projects exclusively for Monegasque International Solidarity Organisations (OSI) wishing to obtain co-financing for a project benefiting a country eligible for official development assistance.
Who can submit a project?
The eligibility criteria for this call for projects are as follows:
– Be a Monegasque association;
– Have received approval from the Princely Government (3 years of experience required);
– Not have a current agreement with the Princely Government in the year of submission.
What types of projects?
OSI can submit projects for one, two, or three years. Priority will be given to projects that align with the development cooperation policy of the Directorate of International Cooperation.
The Directorate of International Cooperation limits its contribution to 80% of the total project cost. The co-financing breakdown is as follows:
– Up to €50,000 per year for a country within the scope of Monaco’s Cooperation Program;
– Up to €20,000 per year for another country eligible for official development assistance.
